アリゾナ州立大学を卒業後、外資大手IT企業SAPのグループ企業である株式会社コンカー(Concur)に初の新卒入社。コンカー史上最大規模のグローバル導入プロジェクトにコンサルタントとして携わったのち、事業開発マネージャーとして自社のオープンプラットフォーム戦略を推進するとともに、次世代研究開発組織のConcur Labs Tokyoの初代代表に就任。
2018年には日本上陸したばかりのSlackの日本法人の創業メンバーとして事業開発に従事し、国内のテクノロジー・コンサルティング等の企業とのアライアンスを主導。その後、大企業向けのアカウントエグゼクティブとして活躍し、年平均250%以上の売上達成率を記録。
現在は自身で起業の傍ら、AESPER GROUPにおいてビジネス戦略・企画等のアドバイザーとして参画。

Jumpei Ueda is an advisor to the AESPER GROUP operations, responsible for providing oversight and guidance to projects critical to the CEO and assisting the team deliver on its vision to help transformative leaders shape the technology landscape of Japan. Jumpei currently serves as co-founder and executive of a technology startup based in Tokyo. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Jumpei was a founding member at Slack Japan (acquired by Salesforce) where he held roles in sales, alliances and business development. Previously, Jumpei led Concur Labs Tokyo and platform partnerships at Concur Japan (acquired by SAP) where he started off his career in implementation consulting. Jumpei graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Native proficiency in Japanese and English.
