Marina Yamaguchi started her career in aviation infrastructure industry where prior to joining AESPER Group she gained extensive experience in customer management at one the world’s leading global firms.

As a Senior Associate she is supporting digital consulting and strategy firms in their leadership building and is responsible for various aspects of company operations.

Marina holds a degree in Global Media studies from Komazawa University. Having grown up between United States, South Africa, and Japan, she is bilingual in Japanese and English.
