国際基督教大学(ICU) 卒業後、新卒で一部上場コンサルティングファームを経て最大手コンサル業界特化エージェントやエグゼクティブサーチファームに渉って業界でトッププレイヤーとして多くの役員層、パートナーやマネージャー等のハイレイヤー層のヘッドハンティングに従事。特に経営コンサルティングファーム、DXファームに強みを持ち、近年ではスタートアップのCxO等のサーチにも注力する。

She graduated from International Christian University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy.
